Mahmud Ghaznawie menambahkan bahwa demi mengikat secara formalitas komitmen tim, maka perlu pernyataan sikap dari masing-masing individu sebagai bentuk komitmen yang melegalkan dengan membuat surat pernyataan bersedia untuk memaksimalkan persiapan akreditasi kali ini. Rapat ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk pengambilan komitmen seluruh elemen yang tergabung dalam tim. Rapat dilaksanakan pada 4 Maret 2016 di ruang rapat Kedokteran dan dibuka oleh ketua Tim akreditasi dr. Character and Competency Standards for Muhammadiyah Doctors (SKKDM)ĭihadiri oleh seluruh elemen yang tergabung dalam tim akreditasi FK Unismuh.
